Proof of Action
Proof of Action is the verification layer behind PhytonCoin. Light nodes observe permitted activity, convert it into signed action proofs, and submit them to validators. Validators verify authenticity, freshness, and protocol compliance before any contribution enters the reward pipeline.
How It Works
From device to ledger — a transparent pipeline that anyone can audit.
Step 1
Light Nodes
Any device can run a light node. It observes permitted local activity, converts it into a signed action proof, and submits it to the network — continuously and privately.
Step 2
Validation
Validators receive action proofs and verify authenticity, freshness, and protocol compliance. Only proofs that pass enter the reward pipeline.
Step 3
Epochs
The network settles on a fixed cycle. At the end of each epoch, verified contributions are tallied and rewards are distributed proportionally — automatically, with no discretion.
Step 4
Ledger
Every epoch is written to an append-only ledger. The record is transparent, auditable, and permanent. Nothing is modified after the fact.
Built for Openness
No specialized hardware required. No minimum stake. The network is designed so that any device — phone, laptop, or embedded hardware — is a valid participant from day one.
Privacy by Design
Action proofs are verified without revealing what the contributor was doing. The network learns enough to reward fairly — and nothing more.
