  • • Protocol-first decisions — changes are proposed transparently and resolved by the network, not by the Foundation alone.

What We Steward

The Foundation coordinates protocol development, ecosystem grants, and community governance. We publish our decisions on-chain and maintain open communication with the validator network and broader community.

Stewardship Council

A rotating council of protocol engineers, cryptographers, and community representatives maintains direction, approves treasury expenditures, and facilitates conflict resolution. Membership and decisions are recorded on-chain.
